This is an auction site, and prices are ranging all over the board; I've seen them go in NonOp condition from $3500, to nearly new/unused/undeployed at $40k, and everywhere in between. I need to look at M1161's data, but I think the top sale was over 47k hammer price, and with sellers premium and state taxes (if paid), they cut a check for almost $57,700 for their ITV. 😮

Probably not in California, due to lack of emissions. Anything diesel, 97 and newer require a smog check.
