Seat Covers

What is everyone doing about replacing or covering the front seat and back cushions? Mine are worn, need some ideas.

I am going to use laminated pvc vinyl. Looks like M1161 seat pads.

Speaking of that, does anyone have a beloved PVC rejuvenation product? I've searched a few chemicals that will re-melt weathered PVC and make it supple again, but any advice is welcome! I'd like to treat the original PVC-coated fabric, then top-coat it with fresh flex-paint in NATO green.
