Im putting one of these engines in my jeep, thats awefully cold....
most diesels have this same type of heater, its just that its controled by the ECU.
I was going to go ahead and hook it up with a switch. So no ones uses these heaters? it starts fine when its below freezing without heater?

Haven't tried it that cold. Hope to this winter. Mine starts instantly even with no glow plug heating (I don't wait for the WAIT light at all) at around 40°F, but a lot can change around freezing. Odd they call it a "Turbo Heater".

Bracket which mounts on fender: p# was MM0237. I found a direct fit.(plastic) REV Technical Center florida. They do not have a search bar. You have to call. I can give you name & number of person I talked to if you need.
